Hertfordshire Country Home
A full renovation and interior transformation of a 23 room country home in the Hertfordshire countryside. Designed from concept to completion over two and a half years, this project reimagines every detail of family living.
The house has been thoughtfully reworked from its architectural framework to the finest decorative elements. Hand painted murals by Meg Boscawen Studio, hand printed wallpapers, bespoke joinery, arched panelling, jib doors and a four metre Calacatta Arabescato marble kitchen island all come together to create a home that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
Working closely with trusted makers, the design celebrates craftsmanship, comfort and cohesion. Repeated architectural details such as arched steel doors, concealed doorways and balanced symmetry connect each room with quiet rhythm.
The palette flows naturally from space to space, layering texture, pattern and natural materials to create warmth and character throughout. The result is a home that feels elegant yet inviting, considered but full of heart.
